Akshayapathra foods !!!! This name sounded real magical to me, when I was desperately looking for timely , hygienic and balanced food. The reviews feedbacks and across the table social media videos and msgs impressed me. But ironically the attitude of the telephone call attenders have shocked me and it's a real curse to the reputed name the respected owner ha gained all these yrs. With due respects to the owner and no offensive intention i wanted to highlight my bitter experience in booking my new monthly food order. I have been contacting the company past one month since my transfer to madurai was on cards. I was asked to the addres and location and meantime I have been contacting them i would share my address once my accomodation was fixed. Only on Monday I shifted my madurai and was put up near to y othakadai police station. From 27.7.23 I have been making atleast 20 calls to confirm all my details to them. one staff by name nandini attended my calls. She took five says to confirm if service is available in the area i specified. She wasn't available today and one Raji and hema attended my calls and not even knowing wat I shared with nandini asked me to attend the interview at 11 at your office for delivery boy interview I made her understand i had enquired abt food delivery alone and not called for any interview. Keeping me on line these ladies were laughing as if I had committed any joke . It's really disgusting to hear those laughs and take a call or sack them for not responding properly to the callers who waste their time and energy to get good food. Very bad taste pasta and kichadi ,rasam,poriyal,sambar,kootu,etc... And also they are now aragant response from office and delivery person... when we are not able to cook ,That days only we need this type of food deliveries in healthy way and budget friendly. Health wise ok, but not budget friendly. Now a days , They said only they are interested means they delivered. I already bought 6 months. I adjusted the taste because I don't have another option. It was delivered my door step. So that I prefer this. But now They said to me to hold for 4 to 5 months because of raining season.. so 4 to 5 months what can I do for food.. I can't able to cook, I can't able to order swiggy or Zomato, I can't able to walk with hotel to buy foods. So that I prefer this type of foods . Now a days they said to me to hold. I subscribed for meal box, whenever I receive your food box, I excite and feel happy. Because there is no repeat menu for 45 days. I suggest your Monthly Food Delivery Subscription to one of my colleagues too, she subscribed for dinner box. She felt the same happiness, She said it tastes like Homemade food and exactly looks like Home Cooked food. I thought to write here for many days, now only I got a right time to write about your good work.
