When its good its great but when its bad its the worst.Taste in not consistent,Burgers are very salty at times.The ambiance is good but the staff are not as professional as KFC. Needs a lot of improvement in customer support and professional behavior.Many a times when i go there the front desk guys will be just siting there with the legs on the desk watching something on the phone,this is just one of the bad examples when the management of the franchise is doing a pathetic job and one of the reasons why multinational joints like KFC easily beat us because they are professional in everything they do.This might not be a big deal to many customers but its one of the things which should be addressed by the management .The food is overall good for a reasonable price.Recently they mimicked kFC by introducing self service which is good but the thing is when you want to be like KFC then try to act like KFC .If you want to grow as a franchise you need to look into the smallest of the details.I know its an already successful chain but not for the professional way things are handled but for the one and only reason that you provide food at a low cost.If you don't improve consistency and professional behavior you will always be the...

Food quality is very much low than standard.(After Having chicken here, stomach started burning at sleep) Food menu also not available all time. (4 piece drumstick is not available at 9.30pm) Ac even fan not working properly in that small outlet. (Eat with sweat while they charge to have us pleasently) Response from staffs also not good. Meat and eat are the best place providing fried chicken. Fried chicken here tastes better than the overrated KFC I loved the chuncky chicken biryani here and their Me-burger , Wraps,.
