Amit Pure Veg — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this so-called "family restaurant" was absolutely horrible—easily the worst I've ever had. From the moment we entered, things felt off. The floor was sticky and dirty, and the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. You’d expect a family restaurant to be welcoming and hygienic, but this place was the complete opposite.

The washrooms were an absolute nightmare—filthy, smelly, and completely unhygienic. It was honestly shocking that a place serving food could maintain such disgusting restrooms. It’s a major health hazard.

As for the service, it was just as bad. The staff was rude, slow, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. We had to wait far too long for everything—menus, water, food—and when it finally arrived, it was cold and tasted bland. Not a single person on the staff offered even basic courtesy.

This isn’t just a bad restaurant—it might be the worst hotel or restaurant in the entire city. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, not even for a quick bite. If you value cleanliness, decent service, and a pleasant atmosphere, do yourself a favor and stay far away from...

Usually i don't give negative review for petty problems faced, but here in this case of Amit Pure Veg, i would simply say if you have audacity to feel insulted then you must visit this restaurant, we were in group consisted of 10 people, including 4 gents 5 ladies and one child, We visited this place on 28/06/2025 at around 9:45 PM , we have to ask many a times for basic things like spoon, bowls etc and moreover for most of the items of menu waiter said its not available, when we enquire with the reception about this, the same items was available. Second Day(i.e. 29/06/2025) around 08:15 PM, after settling in table for 5-6 min same waiter asked us in very rude way "order jaldi kariye bahar 15-20 log wait kar rahe" (firstly no one was waiting outside, secondly if people are waiting you can ask in polite manners or firstly ask other people(s) who have engaged the tables for long) we retaliated verbally for this behavior, he said in threatening voice " tum log mere area mein ho". Stopped here just for high tea while coming back from Bhimashankar Jyotirling temple. Reached here around 7:35PM. They said that after 7PM only dinner will be served and no snacks or tea. We were travelling so thought to have dinner. We ordered bhindi masala, dal tadka, tandoori roti and steamed rice. The waiter was so humble and food was amazing in taste. We ended up eating stomach full (rather a little over eaten). The restaurant wasn’t that clean. Though, the food was served hot and service was really really quick. Food was not costly.
