Anaya Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I regularly order the food parcels from Anaya family restaurant. Today afternoon I ordered veg bhoona and 10 chapatis from the restaurant. But, I was shocked to the core when I saw the dead cockroach in the subji. The subji was eaten by my family. When I called the restaurant, the owner apologised and kandidly told me that there was paste control done few days before. So it could be the case that this cockroach died because of the pasticide that they had applied there. This is very dangerous and serious health concern. Though the owner showed the willingness to replace the order, I'm bringing it here for everyone's notice because such things should never happen again. Also, we order the food blindly from restaurants. We think that the food is prepared in hygenic condition. But such experiences tell us that these restaurants are not safe. Food is good but i have doubt they used yesterday's gravy see when we take home any gravy masala item so upper phase gravy tastes so good but at bottom of that bowl is tasteless and taste like this gravy made 3-4 days ago so disqppointing about that and one thing that is in mind that they shouldn't using chicken or mutton gravy for egg masala if they using its so badd thing because some of people who only eats egg plz resturant u should aware that using and use different utensils for egg bhaji and other chicken other and for pannier other so dont get mixed everything and don't use utensils for all the veg and non veg dish so plz...

Horrible service, I went with my mom there , first we ordered fish fry and fish and papplam, after few min he told us fish is not available, please order prawns, I changed the order to chicken and papplam and chilly chicken, we waited for straight 25 min, they were just preparing online orders, there were more than 25 parcels prepared but our food didn't arrive, when questioned he told me chilly chicken ko mam time lagta hai, I asked him to get the mai course, for which he said we need more15 min, horrible service, also when we decided we will leave, the manger told the cook, don't cook they arw leaving as it is. 3 rd...
