I recently visited Ashwin Stall near Kashid Beach, and it truly stands out in the absence of big restaurants in the area. Despite the common menu among homestays, Ashwin Stall exudes a unique charm. The pan-fried fish, soft bhakris, and delicious curry in the surmai and prawns thalis left a lasting impression. They also offer enticing vegetarian options.

This place came with very high recommendations ... stood up to the test, and how. Eating piping hot Misal Pav, Poha or Upma and washing it down with Black "Kori" Chai, early in the morning, is a heavenly experience. For lunch and dinner one can tuck into lip-smacking, home style seafood with generous portions and is also light on the pocket. I wish I could give it 10 stars. Don't judge the book by its cover. It looks like a normal food stall but it's an amazing stop for foodie. Such an awesome taste, awesome food. And if you had coconut then must ask the owner guy of the stall to cut it, he'll do the best of it for you (Photo posted here) And most importantly, in other places like Mumbai where we get just (any) fried/tawa fish for ₹350, here you get a whole fish thali in ₹350-₹370.
