Strong Displeasure with B LIVE's Burnt Uttapa, Poor Service, and Unethical Review Practices

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and frustration with the extremely disappointing experience I recently had at your food joint in Dhule. The quality of the food, the lack of accountability from your staff, and your unethical approach to gathering positive reviews have left me appalled and compelled to share my negative feedback.

Firstly, let me address the issue with the Uttapa I ordered. Despite specifically requesting caramelized onions, what I received was a burnt layer of onions that had been excessively cooked. The lack of caramelization not only robbed the dish of its intended flavors but also rendered it unpalatable. This blatant disregard for culinary standards and customer preferences is unacceptable.

To exacerbate the situation, when I brought this matter to the attention of your staff, they not only failed to acknowledge their mistake but also argued with me. This defensive and unprofessional response further tarnished my dining experience. As a paying customer, I expect a courteous and respectful interaction when raising legitimate concerns.

Furthermore, I was appalled to discover your unethical approach to soliciting positive reviews. Offering a free dish in exchange for favorable reviews on Google is highly unethical and undermines the authenticity and credibility of customer feedback. This approach manipulates customer opinions and compromises the integrity of your establishment.

In light of these issues, I would like to offer some suggestions for improvement. Firstly, it is imperative that you prioritize the quality of the food you serve. Paying attention to detail and ensuring that dishes meet customer expectations is crucial to providing a positive dining experience.

Secondly, I strongly urge you to foster a culture of accountability and professionalism among your staff. Training your employees to handle customer complaints with empathy and integrity is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction.

My brother was admitted to the burn hospital, and I was looking for a clean hygienic place that could provide us with fresh pomegranate juice and hygienic food. And that’s when I discovered this restaurant. I was relieved to see the exceptional quality of the food and the impeccable hygiene standards. The staff handles food with great care, ensuring a clean and safe dining experience, or even if you are looking for a take away. We also tried other food items on the menu like Pav Bhaji which was also pleasing to the taste.

The owner is incredibly courteous and takes his business and customers very seriously. His dedication to providing top-notch service is evident in every aspect of the restaurant.

P.S. A special mention goes to the tap water, which is surprisingly better than the bottled options...

I asked for the dry and crispy, it seems they over cooked and miss understood the cooking instruction part, and I appreciate the call from owner it self ... so its ok .... but I have to say compare to price its to expensive then other restaurants out there you might buy this with more chiper with quantity and quality, taste was good though I have to say that.... 👍 Comes to Sandwich part Good taste, good packaging, good quality, quantity was also good, comes with 2 chatnis Green and Red one, cheese was suppose to be inside Sandwich but they served from top, which I have say it effects the taste of it, salt was missing in Sandwich 🥪... but rest was good enough.. I think Dine In might be a good Idea if you are look to order from...
