To our surprise, the staff informed us that to avail the 1+1 offer, we must first give a 5-star rating. This condition felt quite unethical and disappointing. Still, we went ahead and gave the rating just to enjoy our time.

Later, around 2 PM, it started raining and new customers arrived. They were served the same 1+1 offer without being asked for any rating and were even offered complimentary salted peanuts. When we questioned the staff about the peanuts, they initially said we would be charged. Only after a long argument did they agree to provide them as complimentary.
