Bonfire Night Club — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Visited Bonafire Hotel with high expectations, but it turned out to be a completely disappointing experience from start to finish.

First of all, we had to wait for more than 20 minutes just to get a space allotted. Despite several reminders, no one seemed to care about the customers waiting.

Once we got seated, it took over 30 minutes for someone to come and take our order, and that too happened only after we scolded the staff for their carelessness.

There was no physical menu card available, only a digital menu. Not everyone is comfortable using a phone for placing orders, especially in such an unhygienic environment.

The prices were shockingly high. We ordered a full mutton handi for ₹1000, and it had only 6 small pieces—no taste at all, and the quantity was nowhere near worth the price. A simple rice plate cost ₹500, again very overpriced for what was served.

Food preparation took over 20 minutes, which wouldn't have been an issue if the ambiance and service were decent.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was nonexistent. The place smelled terrible, and where we were seated, there were fish bones, alcohol bottle caps, and leftover food thrown around. It was disgusting and completely unhygienic.

No bonfire was started in our sitting area, despite the name of the place and the expectation that every guest would get to enjoy a bonfire setup.

Staff didn’t bother to attend to us before taking the order, and once the order was taken, they kept hovering around asking for money as if they feared we would leave without paying.

Power outages happened 5–10 times while we were eating, making the experience even worse.

Overall, this visit was a complete disaster. Poor service, unhygienic atmosphere, overpriced food, and lack of basic hospitality. Definitely not worth your time or money. I would not recommend Bonafire...

I have a mixed experience and hence a mixed review and I would really request the owner or mangement to look into the issue. Firstly appreciation for the quality of food: both veg and non-veg food items were really good in taste and well cooked. Staff and service: friendly , cooperative and no delays in the order. If you have specific complaint abt any food item, they will replace it. No fights, back answers. All good Issues: The biggest issue is the lights. The place is not atall well-lighted. It's those typical bar-lights. This arrangement makes it difficult to even identify what is being served on ur plate. This type of arrangement can only serve youngsters. The walkway also has similar light arrangement. Our sitting block had 4-5 stairs to climb surrounded by dense trees/plants branches, making it difficult to even see the stairs ( ofcourse again no lights). If you have small kids or parents or elders accompanying you, then it's a mess due to this issue. My father just avoided going to the loo/washroom all time only due to this dim-lights. Again the entrance of the hotel is a small hanging bridge. No other option atall like a normal entry. So anyone with phobia, or elderly people or people with vision issues are going to freak out, hanging bridge with a bar like lights.....and again going ahead there is another brigde which you need to climb...some weird structure. While trying to make it unique , you hv messed it a bit. Kindly workout on this major issue and the restaurant will see more families visiting. Thankyou. I had an amazing time at Bonefire Night Clubs. The ambiance is energetic with great music and a lively dance floor that sets the perfect vibe for a night out. The DJ playlist was fantastic, mixing both popular tracks and fresh beats.

The service was excellent – staff were attentive, friendly, and quick with orders. Drinks and cocktails were well-prepared, and the food menu had good variety with tasty options. The lighting and sound system added to the overall experience, making the atmosphere vibrant.

One small suggestion would be to improve seating availability for those who want to relax between dances, as it gets crowded on weekends. Overall, a great place to party with friends and enjoy a fun-filled night! Highly...
