Burger King — Restaurant in Maharashtra

UPDATE - These useless uneducated people never learn. Went again and got the same excuse that single burgers and tacos are not available. They can only be ordered with meal. These people think they can dupe anyone since Amravati is a small town.

The Burgers are fine, problem is with the management.

The people at the counter won’t let you order just a burger, they say that only meals are available. I mean a burger is available, they can sell it separately it’s written in their menu, but they won’t let you order it 😂

You have to take the receipt and go to the other side and tell them you’ve ordered something and then they’ll make your tray. The screen for showing order number is useless… atleast play something interesting on it 😂

And lastly, they often forget to put fries, or a burger, or a drink from your order. If you go and tell them, you’ll get your fries but it might be small package instead of a large that you’ve ordered.

I’ll say again. Burgers are totally fine, they’re Burger King! But sadly the management is not...

This outlet seriously needs staff training. I ordered a full meal—burger, fries, and cold drink. When I went to collect it, I noticed ketchup trays on the counter and i try to picked up two extra packets. Suddenly, one of the counter girls grabbed my hand and said rudely, “Only one packet per burger.”

First of all, this kind of physical interaction with a customer is unacceptable. Second, judging someone by their appearance and treating them like they’re trying to steal ketchup is disgraceful.

What kind of service is this? You treat customers like beggars for picking up more? Absolute nonsense.

It’s not about ketchup. It’s about basic respect. Burger King, train your staff or lose your reputation.

I’ll never visit this outlet again—and I’ll strongly advise others to...

I am not so regular but constant customer of BK, Had ordered and dined in many times in pune, but here in Amravati, the food, the service everything is so bad.

BK should check the servicing as it will affect the brand name.

Issues- Service was so lame, no friendly staff, no knowledge about what they are serving, and they gave me large cappuccino instead of small M fries quantity was lesser than small and it was all cold and chewy. Literally less than 10 fries They gave 1 sauce sachet for 2 burgers and M peri peri fries and 1 tissue.

I hope all these things...
