I honestly feel this outlet and the manor hotel CCD outlet, are the best in Aurangabad. It always has a plus as compared to other competitors and this outlet is definitely enhancing the experience with its unique interior and ambience. The sitting place is larger compared to the other outlets in Aurangabad. The catch is, it's very quite inside with the ambience and sitting. You will not find it much crowded as compared to other outlets. So, that’s what makes it soothing and peaceful. You can spent quality time here over the coffee. Even if you want to work, you can bring in your laptop have coffee and enjoy the experience. The staff is very well mannered. When it comes to coffee, the standard and expectations are well met. Hello, I am here at your CCD right now... Writing you from here only... We three friends just had a cold coffee here and as we finish up with the coffee the they quietly turned off the MUSIC and the AC TOO... It's just disgusting to be treated like this...when I asked Shri.Akash he asked back whether he should turned it on....I said do you feel that it's cold outside? Then he realises his mistake (may be) we were waiting for our fourth friend to arrive so just sitting there...but leaving now...thanks for the treatment kind attention Shri. Akash the manager and the staff Shri....

Wow, could not have experienced more terrible service than we received. Atmosphere was loud and chaotic along with loud songs played by them unnecessarily. The old definition of quiet and happy time CCD has changed, now it's not only loud (so loud that we couldn't even have a proper conversation) but also the service was terrible. They didn't even give us 5 mins to sit peacefully, they were interrupting us every 5 mins to order something. Food given was made in a hurry as if they wanted us to get out of CCD quickly. Total waste of time and peace. Not visiting...
