I recently visited Celebration Hotel's restaurant and I must say that I had an extremely disappointing dining experience. From the quality of the food to the behavior of the staff, everything fell short of my expectations.

To begin with, I ordered two paneer dishes: Paneer Butter Masala and Paneer Angar. However, the Paneer Butter Masala was overly sweet, resembling more of a dessert like Gulab Jamun rather than a savory main course. The excessive sweetness completely ruined the balance of flavors I was expecting. Moreover, the Paneer Angar lacked any resemblance to its supposed taste. It failed to capture the essence of the authentic flavors I was anticipating, leaving me utterly unsatisfied.

The unpalatable taste of the dishes was not the only issue. The behavior of the staff was also incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their lack of attentiveness and disregard for customer satisfaction was evident throughout my visit. When I tried to address my concerns about the unsatisfactory food, the staff dismissed my complaint and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Their behavior not only added to my disappointment but also reflected a lack of respect for the customers.

As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of quality and service, which I believe was severely lacking at Celebration Hotel's restaurant. The mismatched flavors and poor execution of the dishes, combined with the disrespectful behavior of the staff, made this a regrettable dining experience.

I sincerely hope that Celebration Hotel takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving the quality of their food and training their staff in providing better customer service. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others looking for a pleasant...

True to its name, the hotel embodied the meaning of "celebration" in every sense—right from the welcoming ambiance to the smooth arrangements and festive vibe. The banquet area was well-decorated, spacious, and perfectly suited for a family gathering. The food quality was excellent, with a variety of dishes served hot and fresh. The staff was polite, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the event. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service with such a warm atmosphere. I have been there with my family in order to experience the newly refurbished restaurant in the city of Sangamner. It was an evening we aspired to be delighted with the said great taste of typical vegetarian meals. However, we departed on an empty stomach and with stringent dismay. When we entered the said restaurant, we caught a glimpse of an overly occupied scenario full of people waiting for their tables. We joined them too, refreshing ourselves in the hold. Yet, after informing the concerned person, another person arrives and rudely asked that have we informed them (the staff) about the table and we said "yes" with a frown. Then we got our table and as soon as we were about to sit, we were asked to get up rudely by the manager as the table was soiled. Thereafter, we left in search of new restaurants, and apparently, we found one, a few blocks away.
