Very good ambience. Thali is one of greatest things I ever tasted. It completes the 'Shudhh Indian' cuisine. I had panjabi paneer masala, maharashtrian style shev bhaji and chawali, Rajsthani kind of fulaka, Gujrathi thokala and jalebi, Bengali ras-malai... The thali is full of these items, though they named this as Gujrathi Thali. The taste of everything is heavenly delicious. 'pet bhar jayega, magar niyat nahi' 'ungli bhi chaba jaaoge' these phrases suits this place perfectly. Definitely this is must visit place for vegetarian foodies. During a train journey from Pune to Jalgaon, I ordered a special meal box from Chappan Bhog Thali Restaurant via Zomato, and the delivery was prompt, arriving at my seat as promised when we reached Ahmednagar station.

The thali included a variety of items: three flavorful subjis, five soft fulkas (mini chapatis), dal-rice, a snack, gulab jamun, chaat papdi, salad, papad, and chutney. Each item was well-prepared and tasty, with the fulkas standing out for their exceptional softness.

This restaurant is recently opened. Especially rajasthani khali restaurant. Well ambiance, new furniture, 2 halls. Though we book previously, no guarantee of seats at the agreed time. We have to wait , food quality of quiet ok. But service is poor. Especially farsan items and sweet items are not properly served.
