Club NH 7 Restaurant - Best Family Restaurant in Nagpur — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I hardly write reviews for anyone. U made me feel special this evening. U made my evening.. Thank You so much. This was the last evening I was seeing my special friend before he left for Pune tomorrow. Though we both belong to Nagpur however we remain in Pune for work. The time I arrived your restaurant was running busy.... extremely busy. U still took time to share warm smile and a small chat. As tables were not available (as it was January 1 ) u made a small special arrangement(or a special table that u call) , we both loved it as we both had time crunch.(that save us from waiting time.....which would have been a nightmare) The waiter who served us was honest, warm, polite, courteous, good with the knowledge of dishes on menu and suggested us right selection for menu. I really would like to thank him personally. He had a warm smile . His service was quick without any delays which is rare to see when restaurants run in their full capacity. As far food was concerned it was tasty and my taste buds still have ur food's taste while I write a review for u. (We both were really surprised that he denied tip even after serving us so well) The only think I missed was asking ur names which I really feel bad for now as it was quick trip for me. My words fall short to explain how happy I was when I left your place. i was touched by ur hospitality. Everything was perfect could not ask for more. Thank U. My recent experience organizing a birthday party at Club NH7 hotel was beyond disappointing. The service was shockingly poor - not only did they fail to serve us properly, but the staff also displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

The food quality was abysmal; it's hard to believe that anything coming out of their kitchen could be classified as edible. To make matters worse, they violated basic decency by serving liquor in the family section. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

What's most infuriating is the false promises made by the owner. We were assured a memorable event, but instead, we were met with incompetence and disrespect. The staff's attitude was particularly egregious, treating us as if we were begging for their attention.

To top it off, they didn't even serve the dessert we had planned, adding insult to injury.

I strongly advise against patronizing NH7 hotel until they address these glaring issues and uphold the standards expected of a reputable establishment.

As well don't believe owner statement. I am also attended party in Highway highlights hotel is far far better than Club nh 7.

My personal opinion is do not visit to Club NH7 ever, nothing is good in...

The food at NH7 is always delicious! My son had a wonderful time and liked that he could order special food and the chef would make it so he could eat it. If you wouldn’t mind telling me how you prepared the Patodi Rasa, I would like to try making some for at home, since we enjoyed it so much. What a thoughtful gesture to have the cake Cutting @NH7 It was delicious, and my son and enjoyed their desserts as well. I Thank you also for having the special gluten free items for my Son.tried the Dal khichadi and it was delicious! It was so nice to know we didn’t have to worry as much about our food while that we were able to order it from NH7 . Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything!
