Terrible Experience – Stale Food & No Apology

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. They served us stale food, but we didn’t realize it at first because it was hot when served. However, after eating most of it, the remaining food cooled down and started to stink, clearly indicating that it was spoiled.

When we pointed this out, they admitted to serving stale food, but shockingly, the owner showed no guilt or responsibility and didn’t even apologize! This is completely unacceptable, both in terms of hygiene and customer service.

If you care about your health and expect basic decency from a restaurant, I’d highly recommend...

It is one of oldest hotel pure veg hotel in khopoli, specially a meeting point of many people, College going student and many couples, it is famous for South Indian dishes, taste still same like many years ago with very affordable rates. Vada sambar and dosa is speciality here, the hotel near to bus stop, railway station and market so always having a rush in the hotel. Staff is good, cleanliness is good and taste is also good. If you visiting khopoli then must plan to visit here and try south Indian dishes. You definitely get good food...

Good place. Nearby to station. Clean and good ambience. For preparing yourself for long train journey to Mumbai. Arrive ahead of time, eat at Deepak hotel and then go to toilet before boarding train. Will save you lot of hassle.

I ate masala dosa - 4/5 stars Idli - 3/5 stars. I might be biased with stars bcoz I went there at lunch time. Idli and Dosa would be more good in the morning. Total bill was 110 rs. Can’t believe in this age you get these many eatables in...
