Domino's Pizza | Kasarwadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad — Restaurant in Maharashtra

The place is really dirty. Lacking ambiance. Unexpected from a renowned brand like Dominos..!! The whole dine area stinks. Oily patches on AC vents, You can see these in below shared photos. Litters everywhere. There were leftover covers of pizzas on all the tables. We had to tell them to clean the place, as no one was there, we changed the table,

The billing counter is messed up, menu displays not working.

The restroom are literally YELLOW..!! Not hygienic, admist of corona. Please avoid bringing kids here, as it's not a clean place.

it's better to have pizza roadside or order online from here.

Please get the place professionally cleaned..

They don't have a paper straw, when you ask your dink to get packed. They didn't had fries, which every Domino's outlet has.

No place for parking, may need to park vehicle on roadside. you'll have to park in adjacent lane, having a fear in mind that they may get towed anytime due to no dedicated parking signs, which may not give one a full satisfaction while enjoying a pizza at outlet.

They added our order to Q, when we enquired about delay.

We should had read the online reviews before dining in here, it's reflects why they have so many negative reviews.

Not a good...

Very disrespectful staff. I ordered 3pizzas worth ₹1620. My order did not arrive for an hour. At last i had to go drive to the store in rain. And there they are telling me its left for delivery. I had them call back the driver to the store. They said we can only give ₹300 discount. The lady manager was very rude. The pizzas were sitting on the counter but not sent forward for delivery. She was very rude and said “i will cancel your order then” when i said i will pay half the amount. Also said “the order was coming at your doorstep why did you even come here?” And my pizza was ice cold because it had been made and packed already an hour ago. The place is absolutely disgusting. They don’t even clean it. All the staff members are too full of themselves. The manager was behaving as if i was taking money away for my compensation from her salary. If i wouldn’t have come down to the store, i probably wouldn’t have gotten any compensation. This place should...

Ordered pizza Online. On the menu the pizza'z look so full of toppings and cheese and yummy. but when got the pizza delivered at home, i was shocked.... to see that the pizza had no life at all. I mean no toppings, it was like dried roti. i had ordered for Indi Chicken Tikka Pizza(Medium) Rs.669/-, Chicken Keema Paratha Pizza (Regular only available, but this was even smaller than regular and all dried. its not the same properly stuffed as you can see the picture in the menu ) Rs.259/- and Spiced Double Chicken (regular) Rs. 309/-. (Total amount 1194/-) We ordered for 3 members including 2 kids. but none of our stomach was filled and we were badly disappointed. They charge so much, we are ready to pay the said amount but do the Pizza's really worth...
