I recently had a terrible experience with Domino's Pizza at their Jalna location that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order with the expectation of a quick delivery, as they guarantee delivery within 30 minutes. To my utter dismay, my pizza arrived an astonishing 90 minutes later. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially when customers are led to believe they’ll receive their orders promptly.
When the pizza finally arrived, I was incredibly disappointed. Not only was it late, but it was also cold and tasteless. The quality of food I received did not align with the standards I expect from a well-known brand like Domino’s. A pizza that should be hot and fresh felt like it had been sitting out for far too long. The lack of flavor made it even worse; I could hardly enjoy the meal I had been looking forward to.
In an attempt to express my concerns, I tried to call the Jalna outlet directly. However, to my surprise, the phone was switched off. This lack of communication only added to my frustration. In the age of technology, a reputable company should ensure that customers can reach them easily, especially during issues like delayed deliveries.
To make matters worse, I later noticed that their chatbot claimed a delivery time of just 19 minutes for my order. This kind of misleading information is a high level of negligence on their part. It’s disheartening to see a brand so careless about their customer service and the promises they make. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt ignored and unimportant.
Overall, my experience with Domino's in Jalna was nothing short of a disaster. The combination of late delivery, poor food quality, and unresponsive customer service left a sour taste in my mouth—one that has nothing to do with the pizza itself. I strongly advise against ordering from this location until they can address these glaring issues. There are many other pizza options that prioritize customer satisfaction and quality, and I will be seeking those out in the future. Domino's has a reputation to uphold, and they’ve certainly failed to meet it in...

Pros: Service: Service is quick enough for the Pizza. Location: Quiet location. Away from the traffic. Parking: Plenty of parking available in front or near the outlet. Taste and quality of Pizza is unquestionable as mentioned above.
Cons: Staff: Poor response in cleaning the table for dine in. All the tables had some dirt even after getting cleaned by the staff. So, not great in caring for the Customer. Hygiene: As mentioned, the hygiene is an issue. This is on the staff to take care of. Ambience: Slightly congested seating you could say. The ambience is away from being desirable.
However, you can get delivery from here. So, that covers the Cons. The delivery time is fairly acceptable. The discounts over the app makes the price...
