Fountain Sizzlers, Mandwa — Restaurant in Maharashtra

My younger sister Batool and brother in law, Dr. Abbas, visited us last weekend at Alibaug. Yesterday, Monday afternoon, we went to Fountain Sizzlers at the Mandwa jetty.

The entire experience was simply ‘Awesome’ !

We asked for 2 Sizzlers which were shared by the four of us - each Sizzler was quite enormous. (Not sure if even a youngster can finish a Sizzler on his/her own 😁)

The Chicken and Lamb kebabs in the sizzler served on a bed of berry pulao, were lip-smackingly delicious - well marinated, soft and succulent.

We ordered three mocktails - a lychee, an orange and a fresh lime - and all three were great 👌🏼

Must make a special mention of the Manager, Rajesh Valmiki and also Shankar - both took such good care of us !!

Next time we will be taking Rey 🐶 with us as they have an outdoor area too where pets are welcomed.

And yes, don’t forget to have the Bullseye sweet they offer when you leave - haven’t seen these for decades and brought back childhood memories 😁😁

Great place for a sumptuous meal! We did a Sunday lunch with friends and had an amazing time! Firstly the location by the sea is great. Make sure to pick the outdoor seating to enjoy the view. A perfect setting to enjoy some wine and chilled beer. They have some cool fruit mocktails too. Their Jalapeno cheese poppers and Thai baskets are great. You cannot go wrong with their chilli garlic potatoes. The paneer kabab with garlic dip was outstanding. We also had their Mexican Veg sizzler and the Veg Caesar sizzler. Both were delicious. We ended the meal with a to die for Mississippi mud pie! Had a great time. Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh and his team for the food suggestions and impeccable service. Surely a must visit place if...

We visited this place on a weekend during lunch hours.The service of this place is horrible. Staff is not bothered to serve guests.They were just busy cleaning utensils.After calling multiple times someone showed up to take our order.We ordered one soup and one veg wood fire pizza and guess what they served pizza first and soup later. No spoons or paper napkins or even chilli flakes ,mixed herbs were there on our table so we asked for oregano and chilli flakes and the lady gave it to us from some other table and picked that up again even before we were finished eating.
