Honest Feedback:
Customer service is not good. Staff can sometimes be arrogant. The same bill was prepared three times, with two instances being incorrect. When we asked for corrections, they provided us with incorrect information and were not willing to listen.
Example: We ordered Makke di roti and Saag, which is priced at 400 Rs. We asked for an extra Makke di roti. The Makke di roti and saag combo should cost 400 Rs, plus the additional Makke di roti at 50 Rs, making the total bill 450 Rs. However, they charged us 1200 Rs and claimed it was for 3 combos. When we requested a correction, the staff argued that it was correct. When we asked how it was correct, they said they would check, but then prepared another wrong bill with 2 combos.
I'm not sure why there is so much unprofessional behavior.
Note: If a customer has finished their meal, please do not ask them to leave the table before presenting the bill. This is basic manners. Asking someone to vacate the table just to accommodate other guests is not appropriate.
I have a humble request: please don't repeat this behavior with anyone. I felt very disrespected. I remained calm when we left the table, and I said it was okay, but your "thank you" made me even more uncomfortable. I'm sorry, but this is not acceptable.
Secondly, I am highly disappointed with the restaurant. I recommended a family to go and have some fun at Gabbar ka dhaba.
Reasons:
Excessive waiting times. Lack of proper service and hospitality. When the guests asked for a Mutton dish, the staff brought them a Chicken dish and later argued that they hadn't informed them earlier. (I mean, who are you to respond this way? If we order a Mutton dish and you bring a Chicken dish to the table, it's not our mistake.) When the guests ordered Tawa Khakra or a similar dish, the service staff claimed it wasn't available. However, 10-15 minutes later, my guests saw that it was being served at a neighboring table. To be honest, with this kind of hospitality, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone in the future.
Highly disappointed; one star is more than enough.
I went twice, and both times were bad...
Read morePathetic..awful...terrible...unpleasent...worst place! Am falling short of the adjectives to describe how bad this place is as a hotel. They should shut down immediately. Extremely arrogant and disrespectful staff. Zero hospitality. Extremely irresponsible management. I should ideally not give even a single star. We actually drive miles to get insulted and return home starving.
We were asked to wait for the table which we patiently did. When we occupied the table there was nobody to accept the orders. Finally a waitress appeared and She was in such a great hurry that we were not even allowed to go through the menu. She was unable to suggest a single recipe...anyway! We had ordered soups but the starters were served first (not served in the plates though...we had to help ourselves. The staff was not trained to serve. ) The soups were not ready even after we finished the starters. So we cancelled the order.
Then there was a loooooongg wait for the main course. The rotis were not to the mark. The waitress was so inefficient and arrogant. She backanswered twice .
When we asked why our food is not being served properly, an irresponsible reply was thrown on our face - "jo jaisa kitchen mein ban raha wo waisa bahar aa raha" ..and she walked to the other table.
We had to wait for second roti for almost 15 mins and then when asked the same waitress about the delay, she replied extremely arrogantly.. "time to lagega na" and she didn't even take efforts to stop and answer politely or apologize. She was adamant and disrespectful. ..moreover even after we complained about her, she was not asked to apologise by the manager ( or the owner who was present right there. The owner didn't even bother to look into the matter.)
We quit the dinner half way, paid the bill and left. And still nobody was bothered.
Not at all recommended for visit. If you have extra time, extra energy, extra fuel and above all extreme desire to get humiliated and insulted...do...
