My experience -

two days back I ordered "Curd rice" for which I raised concern because I have been a regular customer since hotel started in N1 Cidco and never disappointed but I was not happy with the "rice" quality used in "curd rice".

Same day I ordered "Moong Dal" and "Steam Rice" which was awesome.

Today, I visited and ordered "Dal Makhni Khichdi" and I was talking about "curd rice" experience with hotel staff.

Hotel staff noted down my concern, cleared my doubt. I got a chance to meet heas chef Mr. DEV who explained me difference between rice used for different dishes. And he mentioned that necessary action has been taken again my concern.

Chef prepared sample dish to test on the spot which was very impressive and highly appreciated. Never seen such quick action taking team in the city.
