When I informed one of the waitresses, her response was, After eating, nothing can be done. This is unacceptable. When I requested to speak with the owner, they didn’t even bother to come and see the situation. A responsible owner should check and ensure such incidents don’t happen again with other customers. The café seriously needs to improve its food hygiene and train its staff on how to speak respectfully and professionally with customers.
