As we entered this hotel a smell of fish was coming and it lasted till we exit the hotel . So then we entered and after that there were two tables but there was no sufficient light so we decided to change our table and we selected one table in the corner we were 8 people . We gave the order and were waiting for our dinner . First we ordered the soup it came after 10 mins and then we ordered the starter and it came after more 15 mins remember we have given the order entirely at first means all the dish we wanted to eat but they were serving us late and after starter there was main course but they given us 30 mins means half and hour late finally the main course came after long 45 min that also when we scolded them they told usore 5 mins. And finally we got to eat our main course and their serving was also bad they were not serving food properly and they were not giving us tissue aper to wipe our hands and we were taking water on our own and after all the service was bad but we hope that they will improve o shared my experience with all of you as it cause great in inconvenience to me so please improve you management so I will give you five star and also suggest your hotel to more people but till then I will never vist it...

I recently dined at Harsha Terrace Garden Restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food overall was decent, with tasty dry chicken chilly, matar paneer masala, and pahadi kabab. However, the Hyderabadi mutton biryani was a disappointment—it lacked flavor and was not up to the mark.

What was more disappointing was the service regarding my beverage order. I requested a lemon mojito, willing to wait for 15 minutes, but was told initially that it can’t be served due to time constraints. After some back and forth, including consulting with a manager, I was informed that they couldn’t serve it because of online orders taking priority.

As a customer dining in-house, it was disheartening to feel sidelined for online orders. If an item is listed on the menu and within their capacity, it should be available to all customers, especially those already present at the restaurant.

The inconsistency in service and the prioritization of online orders over in-house diners impacted my overall experience negatively.
