Hot Spot Family Dhaba — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I planned for multi family dinner at dhaba on 2nd day of Eid. Our initial choice was blue star dhaba because of great taste and service. But unfortunately that was overcrowded and they ran out of raw materials. They didn't ask Us to wait. Went to all nearby dhaba but same story everywhere.

We didn't wanted to go to Hotspot family dhaba as we had bitter experience in the past. As he managing person said he will arrange a table in 30 mins, We opted for Hotspot.

It took Us 1 and half hours to get a table that too We arranged empty tables after multiple arguments with managing staff. All the tables sitting in that section were literally fighting for service.

After getting tables masala papad arrived after 40 mins. Had to do multiple follow up on the same. Ordered Chicken Crispy, Chicken Maharaja, Tandoori Roti and Rice. All were third class. Chicken Crispy was too saucy, Chicken Maharaja was not upto the mark, Roti was rubbery and Rice were bland.

Would not recommend this restaurant to any classy eaters even if you don't have any option. Going back home empty stomach and ordering on Zomato from some nearby restaurant would be better...

Very bright place to eat with your family.. There are few spaces which can offer you a good food along with the big space for your children to play in the city boundaries.. This place does the justice wid all.. The food lovers are always here on weekends.. For People who are on small road trips to the nearby hill station Khultabad, Hotspot is always a stop on their list to eat.. If you new to the place and want to eat Kentucky then this is the best place for you in whole city.. And the chutney is the unique thing of this...

Don't understand what all the hype around this place is about. I mean the food is pathetic the service is unfavourable. The staff is arrogant. The waiting time is so much more than other dhabas on that road. They have been on a downfall since nazeer bhai (now chef and owner of blue star) who used to work here left. They have the place, the manpower and the hype but it is still a mystery to me...why don't they change their chef and get a...
