Hotel Garva — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Hotel Garva is literally cold during rainy and winter seasons. I was driving to Sangli and came across this restaurant. They have a big parking space and the best tea and coffee vendor nearby.

Food: The food is great. You can order any main course and they provide it with the exact taste and recipe. We ordered Chicken Musallam and Chicken Tikka Masala. Both are my favorites; I've had them at Camp (Pune) and Mohammad Ali Road (Mumbai) before, so I tried them here. The taste was fabulous. The server told us it would take some time as it involves the use of a tandoor. Chicken Musallam gets a 5/5, and Chicken Tikka Masala also gets a 5/5 (soft, boneless, thick gravy, no food color, not too spicy, not too oily).

Roti: To accompany it, we ordered Roti. Chapati is expensive here at ₹25, which I find too much. So, we ordered Roti at the same price and it was worth it. We requested it to be made soft, and they did exactly that, which was extraordinary.

Ambience: The ambiance needs some work. It's clean and hygienic, but brighter colors and yellow-colored bulbs would make it more appealing. There were no broken chairs or tables. There's a clean fish tank as well. Even during heavy rain, not a single drop of water was seen inside.

Service: The service is great. There is a fair-skinned guy from the north who is very responsive. I gave him a tip because he listened to every detail I asked for and presented the food exactly as requested. We ordered 6 rotis, and he served us 2 at a time, hot and soft, as we finished one by one. That was amazing. He didn't keep them all out to avoid hardening and getting cold. I gave him a ₹10 tip, but next time I'll tip him more, as he deserves a raise.

Overall, I would rate this restaurant 4/5. It would be great if they worked on the ambiance. I suggest they maintain their food quality but enhance the overall experience. I recommend the owner give the staff attractive uniforms so they can work with pride...

After very long time we had a very good tasty food here in highway, Food quality and Ambience is very nice, and price is also reasonable. my kids have enjoyed the food and location over here...

Specially the staff is very polite and kind with the customers.. I recommend foodies to try here for good quality of food... And looking forward to visit this Garva...
