Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place!

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful. From the moment we walked in, the service was terrible. We waited nearly 30 minutes just to get our drink orders in, and when they finally arrived, the cocktails tasted watered down and suspiciously off – almost like they were using duplicate alcohol or cheap substitutes.

The food? Even worse. It was bland, overcooked, and clearly not fresh. It’s like they weren’t even trying. For the price they charge, you’d expect something at least edible, but it was truly a waste of money.

To top it all off, the staff was inattentive and rude. Our server barely checked on us, and when we politely asked about our missing appetizers, we were brushed off.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Save your time and money – there are much better...

We have been here earlier and loved it but this time things didn't fall in place. Sunday evening the open air place was jam packed. Captain and waiters weren't ready to even hear our request. One captain who spoke in English sounded drunk (that was my opinion he could have been tired also but he just didn't care). The captain who finally attended our table was very obliging and helpful. We ordered only for beer and a tandoori chicken and both weren't good enough. As the place was packed and less staff to attend the beer was brought and kept on the counter for over 5 mins before servering it to us. In the meantime due to the weather the beer was severed hot. A great place for families with kids - they have a nice play area right next to and easily visible from the family section. The food was nice and we had to return one chicken dish because it was too hard and from then onwards all food was good. The service was a mixed experience and either the circumstances or the management were at fault, cause the staff was fantastic and they were too few staff to cater to the number of people so getting anyone to catch your attention was a problem, and once you caught their attention they were very nice and even then there were a lot of delays simply because too less staff to attend to the customers. If the management increases the number of people in their staff with the same quality of people they have right now, including the kitchen staff, this place will earn 5 stars on a review.
