As someone who frequents Hotel Nisarg often, I feel compelled to share my recent experiences, which unfortunately, have been less than satisfactory.

Declining Service and Food Quality: Regrettably, the standard of service and food quality at Hotel Nisarg has been on a downward spiral lately.

Unpleasant Incident with Waiter Satyam: During my last visit, I encountered a disturbing incident involving a waiter named Satyam. He carelessly placed used onion and lemon slices from another table onto mine. When questioned, instead of rectifying the mistake, he argued about it, displaying a lack of professionalism and hygiene standards.

Inefficiency of Order Taking Person, Latif: Additionally, the lack of coordination between the waitstaff and order taking personnel, exemplified by Latif, is appalling. Latif seemed uncertain about the orders he had taken and the corresponding deliveries, leading to confusion and delays in service. This lack of organization reflects poorly on the establishment.

Poor Service Standards: Overall, the service at Hotel Nisarg has reached an unacceptable low. Instances like these make it clear that there is a dire need for improvement in staff training and management.

Consideration of Alternatives: As a regular patron, it pains me to admit that I am contemplating changing my dining venue for both lunch and dinner. The consistent decline in quality and service leaves me with little choice but to explore other options.

Visited this hotel couple of times recently, unable to understand why people even visit here.

1. Childrens playing area.
2. Ample parking space.
3. Clean washrooms.
4. Small stalls to buy variety of stuff for travellers.

These four things are really good here, but what about food , quality , service, quantity and hygiene???

This hotel is highly overrated. Food quality and quantity is so less that not even one person can eat a single dish.

Roti / bhakri or chapati is served as cold as they can.

Jeera rice was not cooked properly and that was cold as ice.

I dont know are they fooling us or we are making fools of ourselves by visiting this hotel.

People should find better ways to spend their money and find the best worth of their money as they can.

All the waiters cant speak marathi , they don't even care about customers.

Food quality is excellent. Service is very quick. Ambience is very nice.

Lots of variety food available, one of the most busiest hotel on pune road, always running at full capacity & management is very perfect.

Nice to have such hotels around solapur.

This hotel has very big kids playing area, there are many more shops for shopping on the way for tourists, you can shop different kinds of products.

Toilets are very very clean and maintained.
