Highly unprofessional behaviour from owner/manager. Need to book for my baby’s first birthday party dinner. So was contacting regarding that, they said construction/renovation is going on, visit after 2 days. So we did but hotel was closed. We were calling continuously 2 weeks to atleast book & confirm the date & share there event management number to final decorations. But they were saying, ya we remember the date for birthday party, now you pls don’t call we will call you in 3 day which is just 1 week before. We already waited & invitations, cake decor, etc booking was delayed. Still we didn’t received call even after birthday. We just booked another hotel where we treated lovely, greatly & got best deal.
