Very slow service, arrogant and ignorant staff. It was the breakfast time when I visited. The service for very slow as the hotel is shortstaffed. Same person takes the order, serves sometimes cleans tables as well. The utensils were not properly cleaned. It took them whole 5 mintes to Change a fork! And only one order was delayed from our table of 5. When I asked about delay, got a rude response that I should either wait for another 15 minutes even after waiting for 25 minutes earlier or I should change my order. But couldn't change the order as it was for an old person. The manager is very rude and arrogant. Went there after seeing to many ads on the way from Pune to Satara, but never coming again. I can understand that sometimes there may be delay in the service during peak hours, but it was clear that they are shortstaffed. Very poor management and moreover the way manager spoke was totally unacceptable.

Owners should focus more on the management rather than spending money on marketing!
