I rarely write reviews, but this place was so bad I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, barely acknowledging us when we checked in.

The room was filthy – there were stains on the carpet, the bed linens looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages, and there was a lingering, unpleasant smell that we couldn’t shake. The bathroom was even worse, with mold growing in the corners of the shower and the sink barely draining.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work, and it was extremely hot throughout the night. When I called the front desk to report the issue, they acted like it was no big deal and offered no solution.

The noise levels were unbearable – the walls are paper-thin, and we could hear everything from the hallway, including loud talking, doors slamming, and people running up and down. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

Overall, this hotel is a disaster. It’s overpriced, dirty, and the customer service is nonexistent. I would not recommend staying here to anyone – there are plenty of better options in the area. Avoid this place if you value your sanity...

Very bland food, and unnecessarily expensive. We ordered akkha masoor thali which is originally for 130 rs, which you might think is reasonable. But they charged us 50 rs per extra bhakari and 50 rs per bowl of dahi, which was not even made by them. Not even a full size naan is 50 rs in many bigger...
