wanted to take a moment to share my feedback and experiences from my recent visit to your establishment.
Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for choosing your restaurant for the third time. It's great to see that you value customer loyalty and strive to provide a positive dining experience.
However, on this particular visit, I must admit that I was left disappointed with the level of service provided. The staff seemed uninformed about certain menu items, which resulted in incomplete knowledge and confusion during our order placement. It would be beneficial if they could undergo further training to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Additionally, we were looking forward to trying the Kashmiri Dum Aloo and Tawa Bhaji dishes. Unfortunately, we were disappointed as the Kashmiri Dum Aloo lacked the authentic flavor we were expecting, and the Tawa Bhaji turned out to be simply boiled vegetables without any additional seasoning or spices. Moreover, there was an excessive presence of flies around our table which made our dining experience uncomfortable.
As a valued customer, these experiences have left me feeling dissatisfied and questioning the value for money spent during this visit.
I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention not only as feedback but also with hope that you can take necessary steps towards improvement. Perhaps additional staff training sessions can be arranged along with ensuring strict hygiene standards are maintained in order to provide a better dining experience for future customers.
