Hotel Shiv Sagar. Pure Veg. — Restaurant in Maharashtra

It's a hotel with ZERO ETHICS, INTEGRITY VALUES. Trust me guys I'm regular customer of hotel shiv sagar (now onwards "I'll not") and yesterday I had a really bad experience. They gave STINGY food that too tied in a PLASTIC BAG (a foodie can easily distinguish between stingy and fresh food) ... The person who was on counter looked at us, went to the person who was there for taking orders asked him about our order and went to the kitchen(it might for giving instructions to pack left over). I suspected something fishy and told my friend to observe him but for their luck I saw packaging after returning back home. Still took some food (paneer masala) in plate and ate 1 bite, and it's revealed that he might instructed to give leftovers..... We threw everything in dustbin because it was already 11pm to return them their food. Try not...

Have visited this hotel 3-4 times, latest visited 2 days ago and it was a worst experience at this hotel.

This time visited with family members around 17 to 18 members. As we were extra members we went early by 8 PM at that time no one was in hotel. Given order in 10 mins and got order on table by 9.05 means after 45 to 50 mins. Till that time hotel got full and instead of us they have started to look for all new customers and we were just looking to each other for orders.

Service is very bad and staff is arrogant after 25 min. Of 2nd order of Roti we have cancelled 2 PCs and staff went from table and not served anything in plate.

After this all they have added one item extra in our bill which they haven't served us. When we fought with them then they amended bill.

So it's not a good choice for weekend on to go...

I have visited this hotel today and I found that this hotel is very good for family and couples. Although I did not go here alone, the entire staff of our company went and everyone really enjoyed and liked the food too.🍁🌼

Here our entire staff had a 😋one-of-a-kind dinner in which we enjoyed dal, jeera rice, ink paneer,😋😋 tandoori roti and salad and I really liked the food. The service here is also fast and along with that the behavior of the hotel staff was also very nice.😻😻😋
