Hotel shravani Pure Veg & Non Veg — Restaurant in Maharashtra

It's 2nd june 2024 sunday , me and my mother were heading towards pune via MSRTC bus and unfortunately bus decided to stop here for lunch , I stayed in bus and my mother visited in hotel and given order for 4 vadapavs , I was not present their with her but from a lot of our bus passengers I heard that vadapav are all sold and they haven't started Preparing next batch so i assumed my maa will came quikly but unluckily she was the last customer who got those sold batch of vadapav which were only 3 vadapavs and that service guy gave that last 3 vadapavs to my mother even though my mother repeatedly told him that he given her 3 vadapavs and 1 paav without a vada (it was a parcel and he smartly placed 4 paavs on 3 vadas so it will not be noticed without opening it) , he blamed her for not checking correctly and tried to take sympathy from others that he is correct on his part . My mother without making any further nuisance came back in bus as bus doesn't wait for too long , and we got to know about this ....( The Bus started ) It was too late for Me or for My mother to get out of bus and complain about this issue . Coming from a lower middle class family that 20 rupees vadapav loss was also heartbreaking for us, my mother only ate one and gave me two (mothers love) ... Please if any MSRTC employee or passengers are reading this review I'll strongly suggest you not...

Worst experience ever at this hotel named Shravani hotel pure veg & Non veg while traveling from Kolhapur to Mumbai via Konduskar travels. This hotel needs to be blacklisted and checked upon by the local food inspector and food department. Strict action should be taken and license should be permanently revoked.

We had all stopped at 12:45 am midnight for a food break, everyone got out for having something to eat and use the washroom. To my notice I saw that ladies were queuing up outside the washroom one by one for their turn, eventually leading up to a queue of 10-15 ladies which was very disheartening to see, that too at 1 am. I have written this review mainly because of the following reason above and will sum it up in below points. Owner was ignorant and did not respond to any of my remarks and complaints regarding umaintained and unattended washroom especially for females. Even after knowing that 5-6 buses will stop at a time for food stop, only 3 female washrooms were available with one being non functional and one with no water supply(the reason for females queuing up outside the washroom.

I urge everyone to not alight at and entertain this hotel, especially the bus owners as they have tie ups with hotels. Please do read the other reviews as they are also known for serving expired cold drinks which is...

This restaurant named Shravani, which bears a Hindu name, is owned by a Muslim individual, raising questions about the authenticity of its branding. Totally not happy with this and a bad thing is all MSRTC buses coming from Sangli To Kolhapur or Pune wait at this hotel. The main question is why the name of this restaurant is Shravani? I think MSRTC officials take bribes from this restaurant owners as discussed with one of the bus driver higher officials don't allow drivers and conductors to stop at other restaurants, whatever is the time they stop at this So called SHRAVANI HOTEL, otherwise these officials charge drivers and conductors for not stoping at this Shravani restaurant. I personally saw their Kitchen which was in such a bad condition, how can FSSAI give permission to these types of restaurants. It's ridiculous. Vitthal Kamat and other Original brand restaurants are 3-5 km just away from this restaurant, still buses don't stop there.
