When I raised my concern with the manager, I was surprised by the response. The manager dismissed the issue, claiming that the bread was simply "overheated." This explanation was neither satisfactory nor accurate, as the texture and taste clearly indicated that the bread was not fresh.

Today on request of my wife we went for a burger, unfortunately a very bad experience was observed, improperly cooked chicken, very harsh staff, they only know add-ons, but cannot explain the menu they are offering, as a first time visitor not curious to know, might have some new addition, unfortunately we hardly got our uncooked burger (Chicken zingers ). Prepared order was lying aside it's # 101. After asking I found it's left aside.
