Disappointing Experience at Kunal Hotel, Tapkir Chowk

I recently visited Kunal Hotel, located in Tapkir Chowk, with high expectations. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. We ordered their Paneer Bhurji, Roti, and Baingan Masala, but what we got was a plate of oily, flavorless food.

The Paneer Bhurji was swimming in oil, and the paneer itself was overcooked and rubbery. The Baingan Masala, which was supposed to be a highlight, was bland and lacked any discernible flavor. It was as if the spices were just sprinkled on top without any thought to balancing the flavors.

What really took the cake, however, was the price. For the quality of food we received, the prices were exorbitant. It's one thing to pay a premium for good food, but when the food is subpar, it's just not worth it.

The ambiance of the hotel was average, but the service was friendly. However, friendly service can only go so far when the food is not up to the mark.

Overall, our experience at Kunal Hotel was a disappointment. With so many other options available in the area, it's hard to recommend this place. Unless they revamp their menu and focus on serving quality food, I'd advise others to steer clear.

I reached late and I was so polite but the staff abused their own staff and also little hesitant to work..they could have said no straight forwardly ..and i would have left the hotel..but they didn't and they did it but in a very abstractive way...I could have said no but I still followed it and apologies for late coming...but it didn't helped...they were cursing a person who took me to the counter in front of me and cash counter person was so rude to me and asked me to pay in advance for I ordered...i did the payment and then he ordered and he served ...very bad service and very very bad experience and staff here especially cash counter ...no sense how to behave in front...
