First of all their services is very ugly,not on time,I have taken chicken 65 and it's all bone with masala, their services staff very arrogant specially that parcel section.they have created very grand hotel but customer can't eat that grand decoration and ambience right, customer come for eating good food it's common sense very body know but there's not good food not good service. I don't want to commit first but to help them to pinpoint the flaws in their business I am helping them by this review.i don't know how much they take it seriously to improve their services. I ordered Chicken Hakka Noodles and Mixed Chicken Fried Rice from Zomato, and the experience was terrible. The food was tasteless, unhygienic, and had an unpleasant smell, with the dishes reeking of plastic. The quality of the ingredients used was extremely poor, making this the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Nice food , value for money, u can expect more variety than any other restaurants in Parbhani, management should have to expand their area in order to cover more customers, service is littlebit slow while family rooms feels lack of space but still sufficient for 4-7 people, If someone want to visit there then I will suggest to try chicken crunchy for sure coz it's their speciality while pudding is awesome in sweets but mostly it's out of stock..
