Good example of how FAME turns in to ARROGANCE and CARELESS
Hi,
I am writing this feedback as experienced a horrible service from MANAS hotel staff on Sunday, 17th Dec 2017. I was accompanied with my friends and heard a lot about food quality of MANAS very often. So decided to have a good afternoon meal at MANAS.
We had ordered 2 dishes, 1 Veg and another NonVeg. When the waiter came with the dishes we saw that the plates were kept in way that the NonVeg food was touching the Veg Food.
When waiter approached our table to serve the dishes we objected him that why he brought the dishes like that? He said you had ordered Veg & NonVeg so what's matter if it gets mixed. Also he started arguing with us that food did not touched each other. We insisted him to check the CCTV as it was close to our table only.
Then we asked him to call the manager but he was reluctant to do so and kept arguing with us that the food was not touched each other and if its touched also, then what's the problem.
We then asked him to cancel the Veg dish and get another one. But to our surprise, he said that they will not serve us another dish and we have to accept that dish only.
Then we decided to move out as there is no point in arguing with such staff who is adamant on their mistakes and not ready to attained the customers properly.
No doubt that this hotel is not having any shortfall of customers as their food quality is good but I think this fame is riding on their staffs mind which is resulting in such ridiculous behavior of them.
There many other hotels serving good food quality and always have to wait for your turn but still their hospitality is not changed as it was in the beginning.
Request all of you to not to visit MANAS hotel again as these people do not deserve to be...

Quantity is not comparable to the rate of the dishes. We had ordered mutton Kolhapuri, these people don’t know basic of Kolhapuri taste, they Kolhapuri mutton spiced up with Garam Masala. Mutton is half cooked, Nali was without marrow. The rate of the dishes are similar to Mumbai food chains and quantity is even less. The seating arrangement is like dhaba only with red plastic chairs. There nothing called service and hygiene, plate placed on table top, waiter kept that on our food, no sense at all. There are many other restaurants in Satara better than this. Once try restaurant in hotel Rajtara near...
Read moreManas Restaurant in Satara is renowned for its non-vegetarian specialties, complemented by a limited selection of vegetarian dishes. The restaurant offers ample parking space, providing convenience for diners. However, prices are slightly higher compared to similar establishments in the area, and while the food is tasty, some may feel it doesn't fully justify the cost. Nonetheless, the restaurant boasts a pleasant atmosphere, with well-lit surroundings and a clean, elegant white building. There's potential for improvement in the non-vegetarian offerings to better align with the pricing, ensuring a more satisfying dining experience...
