Detailed Review -

Location - 5-10 min car distance from katraj chowk on satara highway, on left side of road

Parking - sufficient parking space for both cars and bikes, free of charge

Ambience - ambience is good, lighting and ventilation is proper

Searing arrangement - is comfortable and large dining space

Menu - menu card is attached in photos, variety of food is available

Taste - taste is OK, should be improved drastically...both tomato and hot sour soup were good, but main course taste is not worth the money..had paneer chingari, it was filled with only chillies and no one could eat it, not even hotel management..they agreed it was too spicy, they took dish, made it less spicy and served again but no one ate that..same case with another main course..overall main course was poor...it was frustrating as everyone was hungry even after dinner..roti and dal khichdi were better comparatively..do not get sweets and ice cream as quantity and taste was below par...had small part of venilla ice cream for 80rs..which was as size as of 10-20 rs amul cup...then we had sitafal mastani to fulfil the hunger, but it was another blunder....they added so much rose pulp in that, it tasted like rose water than sitafal..

So overall food taste was poor and not worth the money

Service - staff was polite but everyone regretted decision to visit the restaurant due to poor food..

Function hall - they have seperate function hall space for small birthday party, family get together etc functions for around 50...

First we entered the hotel there was no one o take our order we asked the waiters 3-4 times to take our order but they always ignored. After sometime one waiter made up to our table we ordered a starter and the food. Then they bought the starter and the Food at same time. Then while we were eating our starter the waiter kept the roti and vegetables curry in a cupboard near the kitchen. After sometime when we finished our starter he took the roti and curry from the cupboard and went in the kitchen and after 2-3 secs came out . I asked him that I want a new roti and curry as it was not that hot, and the roti's were dried up. Then the waiter rudely said us the he will cancel the order , but will not get new roti's. . When I asked him I want to meet the owner he said that there are 2-3 owners . Eventually he didn't allow us to meet the owner. . In today's competitive market this type of behavior will go in your Negative side.
