Mazzo Family Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I went to this particular" FAMILY RESTAURANT & BAR" (with both fingers beside ur forehead)on 4th Dec' 21.Couldn't have my dinner due to the pathetic food. Complained to the manager but he didn't help. Seems like the PUB runs only via DJ.

If you are in Naigaon. I know you don't have any other choice. But believe me. Do not go here if you have enjoyed the places in Pune or Mumbai.

Ambience- 10/10 Service- 10/10

But if you're going for tasty food and enjoyment as a family or as a group your night is ruined completely.

Its not a family restaurant nor a lounge but a PUB with a"GHATI" DJ who knows nothing about the genre alignment. Noise levels of a Pub or a Disc must not exceed 110 decibels nd this guy " ooh la la" 130-140. Believe me I measured on the meter. People have to shout to listen to each other. Never happened to me in a family restaurant which they proudly instate.

Next the food. We all know what Konkan food tastes like ( heaven on earth). But the food is just aiwaeee. Just like a basic restaurant built to earn profits. Nothing else.

So my request. Please try food at even the simplest ambience hotel who provides" Gharghutti food" but don't waste...

Visited yesterday for dinner. MAZZO is a great creation by owner.Not only unique b.cos of it's name but more unique b.cos of the creative new trend started in this locality much better than traditional congested non veg food joints of Alibaug. It's pros.

1. Situated on main road at very convenient location , ample parking , Specious restaurant of 2 floors with DJ & Dance floor , look of a Pub yet a family Restaurant,creative interiors with Specious seating arrangement,suitable for Youngsters as well as families with kids. Has a Party/function hall on gr. floor.you will love it at 1st sight.
2. Menu of wide range of Veg / Non Veg Startes & food, drinks. Food we had was awesome, presentation,taste,hygiene was all amazing, Good in quantity also yet at very economical rates.owner personally selects fresh fish, chicken etc .Try Chicken Barbecue,Pahadi kabab, tiger prawns,Dal Khichadi was also yummy seemed made in pure ghee.
3. Met Manager, Head chef , they including waiters are well trained, professional and...

For ambience it's great , I order food..And it's 1hour waiting time still I get nothing , response of manager was we bussy n many customers but I ordered even before there was no one...Still excuses ...I HV to return empty stomach...Coz of very pathetic service and hotel staff only look after outsiders ...Local people can't even eat there due to...Nobody cares of order is ready or not..And no waiters attend ...Very pathetic and unprofessional service ...I made a horrible choice visiting there ...And left hungry coz my order was still not complete...And then Manager said sorry for inconvenience and said I ll give u free food ... Seriously are we beggars being Marathi and being from alibag...U treat like this ...If u can't look after your local customers who stays where ur hotel is...I prefer u only allow outsiders..Thank you worst experience.... If u can't handle busy days...And even can't look after customers ...I think u may look after you staff ...Or ...U won't lose customer like u lost us... Bye...
