I visited this place recently and I had chicken wrap meal like I always do; when I got my order the chicken tasted different and I swore to myself that maybe it's at a different location so it may not be up to the mark, but after finishing my meal, I started feeling nauseous, and I thought maybe it's because of me traveling all along and then having a huge meal at once, but noooooo that was not the case, slowly my health went for a toss, I started getting stomach cramps and urge to throw up. After few hours I couldn't bare the pain in my stomach and I got fever, since I was traveling I couldn't find a doctor around me, so once I reached to my destination I rested a bit but things were just getting worse, once I puked everything I felt better and I was disgusted that McDonald's can get away with this. I can never ever eat from McDonald's after this, I just get the feeling of throwing up when I see McDonald's now. Worst experience ever, I hope this place shuts down because there's definitely...
Read moream writing to express extreme dissatisfaction with the McDonald's branch located in Khed-Shivapur.
On three separate occasions within the last month, I have attempted to redeem app-exclusive offers at this particular branch, specifically the 6-piece McNuggets for ₹149. Each time, the staff, including the manager, has informed me that their "server is offline," preventing me from redeeming the offer. Consequently, I was forced to pay the full price of ₹185 for the same item.
This consistent issue is unacceptable and strongly suggests that the Khed-Shivapur branch is intentionally avoiding offer redemptions, effectively misleading and overcharging customers. It appears to be a deliberate tactic to "loot" customers by denying them the advertised benefits of the McDonald's app.
I find it highly improbable that their server is genuinely offline every single time I visit. This recurring problem reflects poorly on McDonald's commitment to its customers and the integrity of its...
Read more"Recently stopped by the McDonald's drive-thru in Warve on my way to Goa. I was looking forward to grabbing a quick cappuccino, but was surprised to find out that this branch doesn't serve cappuccinos. It wasn't clearly mentioned anywhere at the entrance that they don't have a McCafe or coffee options beyond soft drinks.
The drive-thru experience was also a bit frustrating due to the wait time for other vehicles ahead of me. Considering the long queue, it would be beneficial to have a more efficient system in place.
If you're planning to visit this McDonald's location, be aware that you might not find all menu items available. Hopefully, they'll consider improving their drive-thru experience and menu signage in...
