Mughals — Restaurant in Maharashtra

It was really a very bad experience for us!.specially on a valentine day. Initially when we called in the morning to book the table they said no need to book it you can come directly. Then when we reached there in evening hours they didn't gave us a table which we wanted they gave us some isolated corner table which was badly illuminated and mosquitoes were waiting for us to suck our blood. Most of the items in menu card were not served. service was so poor that when we have asked waiter many times to serve us salt and onions he never turned back to serve it. Such a pathetic service they have. Entire duration of our dinner went just like a punishment which we were getting for selecting this venue. Last but not the least same waiter who has not brought onions and salt till the end was asking us for tip...can you imagine how I must have felt.😡 Over all it was very very bad experience for us that night. It was our first and last time going to this venue. And we don't recommend anyone to go there. Please...

Our group of six (adults and children) visited on New Year's Eve for dinner. There was enough parking available at the entrance because the place was not crowded. The parking area however was uneven gravel. The attendant at the entrance gave us the choice of dining in the hall or out in the garden. We picked the outdoor table. There were slides and swings for the children. The lawn was well maintained. The table was clean, but one of the chairs had a few strains on it which the attendant promptly replaced with another. We ordered three starter items and a main course. The starters were excellent, but the chicken they used in the main course was not tender. The only annoyance was they would intermittently play loud music and we were looking forward to a peaceful meal. The prices were reasonable and we had a decent time. We might visit again if they hold back...

The menu here is moderately expensive (₹350/- per head) average. I think this place lack a little management, the food need to be improved too. Rest it has a little play area for kids below 5years. It doesn't serve alcohol. This place is good for groups. It has table service. Booking is not compulsory still you can make it if you want. It doesn't have high chairs. It does not attract a trendy crowd. It isn't popular with university students. It is a family restaurant. It has a parking lot, and it's free. This is a good place to bring young kids.
