Hi, Dear sir, your staff at one of the franchise of Nadbramha Idli behaves very very rudely to the customers. I am having the bad experience regularly. This franchise is located in Uttam Nagar area of Pune City. Also they don't provide the hygiene which you promised to be provided. Staff says, "khana Hain toh khao warna rehne do..!" Sambhar is always cold...they are spoiling the brand name. I request you to please look into this matter...

Even they don't deserve single star...they gave us stallen idli ..chutany was horrible in test...test like a spoiled coconut... bitter in test...they made chutany from spoiled coconut...

Idli was good but in sambhar I saw a fried house fly .This happened second time with me first time I found a cockroach in chutney .totally disappointed with hygiene policy. Please...
