Navmi Pure Veg Restaurant Kikvi — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Ambience deserves 5 stars but the food, service and management killed all the vibe. I visited the restaurant on 4th April 2022 and stopped by for dinner as I loved the new look and ambience of the property. When we entered, only 2 tables were running. We had ordered masala papads where masala was missing then we ordered for cream of tomato soup in which we got more flavor of carrots than tomato and the taste was totally bland. Then we asked the captain for their best main course so the lady suggested for Paneer Maharaja and she said it will be enough for 4 people still I asked for one more special item so the lady suggested for veg Anarkali in which she said you'll get 2 Koftas which will be sufficient for 4. But the server served it and it got finished in just 2 people. Both items har different gravies but the koftas were half cooked. Along with that we had ordered wheat butter rotis where we got rotis made of maida. Totally un happy with the food quality...

I visited with my family while on route to Pune. Food is good. Cleanliness of restaurant and washrooms are maintained very well. Only thing which I was observed as hotelier is food service was bit slow. Table placements from glass, tissue paper to spoon was missing from table. Staff needs training in service and order taking as they were not customer focused. Uniform was missing of service staff. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some North Indian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
