"Nawab Dhabha LL: A Culinary Oasis of Flavors and Variety"
Step into a world where culinary dreams come alive, as we unfold the enticing journey of Nawab Dhabha LL – a gastronomic haven nestled near Bhiwandi. On a day of celebration and freedom, my friends and I embarked on a culinary escapade, unlocking the secrets of this colossal dhaba, known for its diverse offerings and heartwarming ambiance.
Situated in the heart of the landscape, Nawab Dhabha LL beckons with its sprawling expanse, catering to every soul seeking delectable delights. Like a symphony of tastes, it boasts distinct sections that resonate with various preferences – family sanctuaries, friends' enclaves, the aromatic haven of hukka enthusiasts, and an elegant AC zone for the discerning diners. As we marveled at the space, one thing became clear: Nawab Dhabha LL not only delights in taste but also in hospitality, with its attentive and efficient staff.
Intricately crafted to offer a glimpse of rustic charm, the seating arrangements instantly transport you to a traditional village setting. The charismatic khatiyas flanking the tables are not mere fixtures; they're an ode to cultural nostalgia, enhancing the experience. Our culinary sojourn commenced with an assortment of delights, an orchestra of flavors that set the stage for a memorable feast.
Crispy and flavorful, the rice papads made for an irresistible appetizer, a prelude to the gastronomic symphony that followed. The chana garlic fry, an enchanting blend of spices and garlic-infused legumes, whisked our taste buds on a flavorful journey, leaving us yearning for more.
As the main course graced our table, the spotlight was claimed by the illustrious Chicken Maharaja. Bathed in a velvety medium-thick gravy, the dish showcased plump chicken pieces that danced in harmony with the robust flavors. A delightful cacophony of spices and ingredients made this dish a medley of sensations, with only a hint of excess garam masala marring its otherwise impeccable rendition. The opulent portions ensured leftovers, leading us to savor the irresistible biryani rice, a testament to the kitchen's expertise in flavor fusion.
The culinary crescendo concluded with the enchanting Gadbad dessert, an enchanting medley of ice cream, fruit salad, jellies, and velvety white frost icing. Exquisitely balanced in sweetness, it was the perfect curtain call for our culinary exploration.
The ambiance at Nawab Dhabha LL is nothing short of a masterpiece – thoughtfully designed, well-structured, and infused with an air of regality. However, while the experience was enchanting, the washroom facilities could be elevated to match the dhaba's opulent standards.
Nawab Dhabha LL isn't just a place to dine; it's a haven for creating cherished memories. With its vast expanse and diverse sections, it's the ideal venue for intimate gatherings, family dinners, and celebrations that deserve a culinary crescendo.
With our taste buds satiated and hearts content, we parted ways with Nawab Dhabha LL, promising to return soon. The culinary journey, culminating in a bill of INR 1200, was an investment in an experience that's truly beyond compare.
In a world where every place is elevated in the company of friends, Nawab Dhabha LL stands as a beacon of culinary brilliance, beckoning all to partake in its exquisite offerings. Read moreI visited only last week. I had read very good reviews about the place especially for non veg food and hence decided to try it out. However, my experience has turned our to be below average. Let me explain how:
Good things about the place: Large open space, seating comfortable, portion size are quite big.
Things not so good about the place: The food
Malai Kebab: We are not very fond of malai kebab but ordered it since our daughter does not prefer spicy food. That decision turned out to be a royal disappointment! Instead of having a tinge of sweetness, it was as sweet as a dessert! After one or two pieces, we had enough and decided that if we have eaten it more, we may well throw it up.
Veg Hara bhara kebab: Kebab has a property of melting in the mouth. Here it was not like that. These kebab pieces were harder than a matthi ( matthi is a tea snack popular in north India). The only good thing about it was that it was decent in taste and was in good quantity.
Cheese garlic kulcha: What is your expectation about a cheese kulcha? You expect it to be filled with liquid cheese which melts in your mouth and gives you a cheesy after flavour. However, what you get here is a big size laccha parantha sprinkled with a few kilos of cheese! That's not the definition of a kulcha or an expectation from a kulcha!
Paneer tikka masala: The taste was good however the gravy was extremely red. Some of the redness gets stick to your hand even after washing the hands!
Overall, I will give full marks to ambience and place. Its a child friendly place with a lot of place to play. However, a below average to food...
Read moreA good place to have your dinner, it's a bit inside if you come from the main highway, but it really is worth visiting this place, good food and also good staff , they also have a ice-cream parlour and souvenir shop too which sells different wooden handicrafts and some kids toys too , there also is plenty of amount of space too. As it is a dhaba you have good spacious place to sit and the place itself is very accommodating, there is also separate place for families to sit too the place is wholly divided into I guess six different sitting areas , there is also a big garden/kids area with swings and games to play , there also is a big parking lot so parking won't ever be an issue , in the entrance is there signature Eagle 🦅 which is also really good. If you are coming from the main Highway there are two ways to come either you can take a shortcut from inside the city which comes from the main Kalyan chowk or you can come and take the straight highway and take a u-turn from Karizma Dhaba also there is a police station too for...
