Had very disappointing experience, placed customized cake order of 1 kg Kaju Katli flavour, i was very excited to try new flavour, after cutting the cake i observed that it was mix fruit. So i called the outlet asking what was the scene how did the flavour got change? At the start one of the counter guy lied "sir i will ask in the factory and will let you know" i waited for call and no response, so i visited the store back and asked the other lady what went wrong? So the answer was "the guy who lied with me that he will ask in factory and will let me know, had received a call from factory before making the cake mentioning that the flavor is not available which other should we provide? He didnt even bother to ask customer and himself took decision to change it to mix fruit".

Once the cake was in store i went to pick the cake then also he could have mentioned that flavor has been changed but he didnt

When i called him after cutting cake he could have agreed that yes the flavor was changed still he didnt.

Very bad...
