Ocean grill restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I just visited for lunch date .I searched that in nearby restaurants.and it showed up . I visited that place and eat Hyderabadi biryani and trust me it was mouthwatering.taste was literally the best . I just want to tell you that there is wrong information posted on Internet regarding timings. And all so before visiting there plz call and confirm the timings I think from 2-6 pm it’s closed and reopens at 6-10 so make sure u go in that time . Second thing it’s a hotel restaurant. Like for those who stays there in hotel its for them who don’t like to eat in room they eat in restaurant. And if there in house guest are full then it is closed for the outside guest . I have told there staff about this that on google some information is wrong like all day dinning and bar and timings they need to correct and also they need to post there contact number . We travelled for 30 mins to reach this place around 8 pm and we were denied food on the basis that the restaurant is busy serving the resort clients. They did not even have a phone number mentioned on the page to contact prior reaching the place. When mentioned the same, they were like we removed the contact so that people not staying at the resort don’t visit them. Found the staff very unprofessional. Went here for lunch with friends on New Years. 31st December 2023. Extremely slow service. They were not equipped to handle the crowd on 31st. Even Mushroom was out of stock. Bad planning.
