Today's evening I had an unpleasant experience at Om Tulsi Pure Veg Family Restaurant when I visited with my friend. We ordered Paneer Masala, expecting a delicious meal, but what arrived was extremely sour and unappetizing. We immediately informed the staff, and while they agreed to replace the dish, we were made to wait for 15-20 minutes before the corrected order was served. After finishing our meal, we went to the counter to pay the bill. My friend was about to pay the amount they stated, but I casually checked the bill and noticed an extra Butter Naan had been added. We had only ordered two, but they charged us for three. When I pointed this out to the owner, he called the waitress who served us. To our shock, she insisted that we ate three butter naans, which was completely false.

The situation got worse when the waitress brought one more butter naan earlier, which we never ordered. Since we refused it, she took it back without placing it on our table. We asked the owner to check the CCTV footage for proof, but instead of handling the situation properly, he rudely dismissed us and said, "Chal nikal, 380." (after deducting ₹50 for the naan). It was never about the ₹50. It was about truthfulness, politeness, and respect—all of which were missing here. Don't visit at all.One of the worst restaurants i have ever done in. The food was tasteless and had no quality more over the behavior of the waiters and the manager himself was so so rudeand they doesn't pay attention at all. Also the food came very late. Must try in Om tulsi, new decorated , atmosphere also good , shev bhaji is also awesome but there is more waiting time as 20/30. Min takes only for getting orders, so if you are visiting then plan accordingly, special compartment for family, there is one big function hall at 1st floor for birthday party and etc etc, open space in second floor, nice decoration is there in all floors, If you looking for vegetarian hotel then you should definitely try it , this will have great...
