I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience left a lot to be desired—mainly due to the poor service quality.

From the moment we arrived, the service was noticeably sluggish. Despite the restaurant not being very crowded and having plenty of staff on hand, the wait times were unreasonably long. We had to wait extensively before even placing our order, and once the order was placed, it felt like an eternity before the food arrived. It was frustrating to see minimal footfall, with most customers ordering just ice cream, yet the service remained slow and inattentive.

For our meal, we ordered Paneer Lababdar. When we inquired about the quantity, the staff assured us that it would be sufficient for four people. However, in reality, it barely served two. Feeling unsatisfied, we had to place an additional order for Paneer Handi, along with rice and dal. Unfortunately, the second round of food also took a long time to arrive, which further added to our dissatisfaction.

While the food itself was okay in taste—neither outstanding nor bad—it certainly didn’t make up for the lackluster service. The flavors were decent, but not memorable enough to justify the long wait or the distance traveled to reach the restaurant.

In summary, this visit was underwhelming. The service was inefficient and inattentive, which overshadowed whatever merits the food might have had. There are definitely better restaurants in the market offering similar cuisine with far better service. I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to dine here, especially considering the availability of more convenient and well-managed...

I recently hosted my daughter Aadhya's birthday party on 16th February 2025 at Prisha Greenfield Multi-Cuisine Restaurant, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience!

From the moment we arrived, the ambiance and arrangements were top-notch. The restaurant's décor was absolutely beautiful—elegantly done and perfect for the occasion. The attention to detail in creating a warm, festive environment made the celebration extra special.

The food was absolutely delicious! Each dish was prepared with care, and the flavours were spot on. The variety of cuisines offered ensured that there was something for everyone to enjoy, and I’ve received numerous compliments from guests about how tasty and fresh everything was.

What stood out most, however, was the impeccable service. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional. They made sure everything went smoothly, from seating guests to serving the food, and were always friendly and respectful. They really made us feel at ease and ensured the entire event went off without a hitch.

Overall, I highly recommend Prisha Greenfield for any event or celebration. Their dedication to providing a wonderful experience was evident in every aspect of the party. We had a memorable and joyous celebration, and I’m so grateful for their hospitality.
