Yes i have rated this restaurant with very low ranking because i have experience a very bad hospitality from staff, the Waiter is good but lack of communication and knowledge with the customers, a couple of days before me and friends visited there and asking for Manchurian (semi- dried with gravy) of 3 plates full and after for desserts we ordered 2 lassi with ice cream and 2 falooda afterwards, after all the bill didn't came but we have to go there on counter for paying the bill. The bill paid and then we have noticed that they charged the random stuff in that bill, was so pity. Means in lassi basically it's a lassi made of fermented milk and ice cream from frozen cream milk but they added mango shake in that additional, we didn't demanded but the owner (lady) said it is separate and you have charged foe this. I means whats this? 😂😂 Lassi is lassi but if you go there they sure will add mango juice and ask you for more or additional money. Such a worst experience. decent restaurant in Wardha for delicious south indian food. ( dosa, wada etc) Chinese food was horribly pathetic, noodles, manchurian etc. Average service. The lady at counter was very arrogant. This is CASH only restaurant. They dont accept cards, UPI payments etc. I gave her a good 500Rs currency note and the lady returned damaged notes in return. I insisted for better notes which are not stick with glue but she bluntly identified similar damaged notes and handed over. Parking is on the busy street. Overall bad experience. The dosa WAS always best. Best place to visit for dosa lovers. Only thing lacking is customer service. It's like do hell with u customer. For food quality I will give 3 stars but for service 2 stars are more than sufficient. They have air conditioner for show purpose only.

Today on 9th march 2018 went here for dosa and had very bad experience with taste. When discussed with owner, that lady simply said that my taste may have altered but our food is always as it is. Many of old customer of this place might have experienced the same thing.

I will never visit this place...
