Saggy's Kitchen — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Not a good experience for me. Food and ambience is good, i will not take that away, but the owner of this place is quite rude and unprofessional. Let me explain - After being there for sometime, the owner came to us and said "if we don't order more food ( ie. lunch ) we'll have to leave as the table has been occupied for a long time", according to him. ( Irony is the place was almost empty at that time with many vacant tables and no waiting at all, also we had ordered snacks and food worth 1300 rs by then already and we had planned to order more as well ). However i didn't know they had something like table timings ( never experienced it anywhere before on the go to picnic kind of spots ), as their was no such instruction given. I personally feel this is not the way you talk to your customers who come at your place to spend some good time with their loved ones. We just paid the bill and left off very politely. Initially i had planned to recommend this place to my friends for the ambience it had, however i was let down by the rude behaviour of owner, so now i don't think will recommend it to anyone.

Restaurant Ambience in form of small enclosed sit-outs and greenery around is exceptional.

Sadly service is totally unprofessional. 45 minutes for simple order of one veg dish and daal. They were simply not able to handle full house. Daal was excellent and veg dish was ok. Non veg dishes looked tastier by the response of other patrons having them. If only their service was better, I would have given more stars.

Parking space is there but was muddy due to rains. Why can't these good business doing restaurants take an extra effort and make parking better so that people do not have to jump through mud?

One more negative is use of steel plates. For such a classy looking place, dhaba style plates with usual half hazard washing do...

Went to this place few days back with my friends during monsoon season. Place/ambiance is good but the food quality is not up to the mark. Food looks so attractive but unfortunately in taste it's not.

We ordered chicken sukkha , bombil fry , pomfret fry and masala papad. Except masala papad everything was average.

I asked for Ukdiche Modak ( which is their specialty as I seen in their menu list ) but unfortunately it's over.

Staff : took to much time to take our order. we were sitting around for almost 20 min.
