First of all, I would like to tell you that I have visited Sheetal restaurant many times since its opening. I have visited 20 plus times. I have taken food from you in all forms, from dining to take away and delivery. But this is not the first time. This is the second time. I feel that your manager needs to pay a lot of attention. The person who is distributing food and taking orders is from Orissa he is the manager of the entire team.. He is totally unprofessional mannerless behaviour and he will feed you food according to his wish. You have to eat. If you ask paneer ki sabzi, I want paneer ki sabzi, but he will get you mushroom and feed you. If you have asked him for butterscotch ice cream then he will feed you pistachio flavoured ice cream. He is totally a psycho and unprofessional and after that he will talk rudely to you. Such a manager should be removed from the hotel immediately.I am not able to remember the name properly but maybe his name was Dheeraj.
Note:- Your Team manager who is taking orders from us needs to be changed immediately Otherwise your hotel is going to be closed...
