Sheetal Family Resto & Bar — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I recently dined at Sheetal Family Resto and Bar, and my experience left me with mixed feelings. The food, on one hand, was satisfactory but didn't quite live up to the expectations one might have for a family restaurant. The service, unfortunately, was a letdown.

It became apparent that the staff prioritized larger tables, as they received more attention while the smaller ones seemed to be somewhat neglected. This uneven service created a sense of frustration, especially considering the tables with fewer people weren't attended to promptly.

The atmosphere suggested a certain haste among the staff, perhaps contributing to the subpar service. Despite the availability of empty tables, they remained uncleared, leading to unnecessary delays and customers waiting despite ample seating. This lack of attention to detail in maintaining a clean and inviting environment left a noticeable mark on the overall experience.

While the food itself was acceptable, the poor service and apparent rush within the establishment detracted from what could have been an enjoyable evening. It's my hope that Sheetal Family Resto and Bar addresses these issues to provide a more consistent and pleasant dining experience for...

Back in 2002 June I used to visit this place as it was near my 1st Job. After 22 years I visited this place again but this time with my wife and daughter. It was a Pure nostalgia for me. It has expanded a lot and changed completely with time. Talking about recent experience the food quality is good as it was back then. The ambience is nice. You can choose from multiple options like hut, garden, hall with chair or indian dhaba style seating. The kids play area is Bonus. Talking about food, not many places are left in pune that serve the best quality chicken lollypop and this one is surely one of those. Other food items like veg tawa, Dal tadka, roti, jeera rice, masala papad etc everything was good. The only issue I felt was the ultra slow service and that too when it's a monday afternoon with only 20-30%...

Not clean at all there are ants on the table and almost every where the staff is rude and does not pay attention at all the food was cold and burnt . There were so many smokers that the smoke was coming in the place where the family sits with children and was been inhaled by the kids and there were some drinkers in the family place and the kids were watching them . I would not recommend it ever if you have kids with you or a female cause they were looking at the females with a bad vision. It was very uncomfortable for my wife and my daughter.
